　Application Eligibility Screening

Some applicants, prior to applying, will be required to undergo an individual application-eligibility screening to determine whether they have academic ability equivalent to or higher than that of a person holding a bachelor’s degree.

The eligibility screening consists of a document review and an interview. Only those who pass the screening are allowed to apply for the entrance examination.

To check whether this applies to you, please refer to the eligibility requirements in the FY 2027 admission guidelines for the program you intend to apply to.

　Preliminary Interview

Prior to applying, applicants must refer to the Graduate School Overview during the above period and contact the designated point of contact for their desired research field to schedule a preliminary interview.

Applicants must attend the interview. Please submit the prescribed form below in advance of the preliminary interview by email or other means. However, applicants undergoing the Application Eligibility Screening are not required to attend a preliminary interview.
(Even if you have passed the eligibility screening, you must attend a preliminary interview if you are applying for this entrance examination in a different research field from the one in which you underwent the eligibility screening.)

First Admission Exam：June 8, 2026– July 31, 2026 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)

Second Admission Exam：October 5, 2026– November 27, 2026 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)

　Application Documents for the Entrance Examination

Applicants must submit the following “Entrance Examination Application Documents (Prescribed Forms)” within the application acceptance period.

For instructions on how to pay the examination fee, please see below.

For “scores reports, certificates of passing, etc. for external foreign language (English) tests,” please submit officially issued documents.
